Develop a Customer Engagement Tracking Bot that converts customer engagement CSV file into an excel file; Adds a column to display how many days the customer was last contacted; Creates sheets with customers based on when last they were contacted;

- Convert CSV file provided to .xlsx file.
- Add a column to display how many days the customer was last contacted and perform excel manipulation to get the last contacted time. i.e Today's date minus the date last contacted
- Filter by the difference and split based on the ranges below.
- 180-300
- 300-500
- 500+
